Catholics to protest insecurity across Nigeria in Abuja- Braking News- Naijapopular

The Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria has fixed Tuesday, May 22, as a day of protest for Catholic faithful across the country

Daily Sun reports that the peaceful procession/protest would start from the National Ecumenical Center and terminate at Our Lady Queen of Nigeria Catholic Church, Garki, Abuja. A statement by the Secretary-General of the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria (CSN), Rev. Fr. Ralph Madu, indicated that the protest was mainly to honour two Catholic priests and other faithful that were killed last month in a Catholic Church in Benue state by suspected Fulani herdsmen.
